Common questions about our pricing and services

Are there any setup fees?

No, we don't charge setup fees for our standard support packages. For projects requiring significant initial work (migration, infrastructure setup), this is quoted separately and transparently upfront.

What's included in the per-user price?

Each user includes support for their workstation, laptop, and up to 3 devices. Standard business applications, email support, and remote troubleshooting are all covered. Server support is priced separately.

Can I change my package later?

Absolutely. You can upgrade or downgrade your package at any time with 30 days' notice. We'll adjust your billing from the next billing cycle. There are no penalties for changes.

What's your contract length?

Our standard agreement is monthly rolling with 30 days' notice to cancel. We also offer discounted rates for annual commitments (typically 10% off). We're confident in our service, so we don't lock you in.

Do you provide on-site support?

Yes, on-site support is included in our Professional and Enterprise packages. For Essential package clients, on-site visits can be arranged at our standard hourly rate. We cover Greater Manchester and surrounding areas.

How does billing work?

We invoice monthly in advance on the 1st of each month. Payment is due within 14 days. We accept BACS, Direct Debit, and card payments. Discounts are available for annual prepayment.
